Printing manufacturer Canon has announced the launch of four new models at the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which is currently taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The new printers include three all-in-one office models, the Pixma MX870, MX350 and MX340, as well as a low-cost single function photo printer, the Pixma iP2702.

All three of Canon's new multifunction models feature the company's Share Technology as well as automatic document and photo fixers which will allow the models' scanner to sharpen and darken text, smooth out images and remove background noise from a scanned file.

The flagship printer of the new all-in-one range, the Pixma MX870, will also feature ultra-fast printing speeds and a 2.5 inch LCD display with Canon's easy scroll wheel.

It will also be able to hold a set of five ink cartridges, including an extra pigment black cartridge along with the usual cyan, yellow, magenta and black units.
