Canon Printer Ink UniFLOW Technology Wins BLI Summer Pick Award
Canon's uniFLOW Serverless Secure printer ink technology has been credited with a Buyers Laboratory Inc. (BLI) Summer 2011 Pick award.
The BLI stated that it gave Canon the accolade for its "outstanding document security solution" for companies wanting to increase and improve their printer ink services.
Jamie Bsales, senior product editor for solutions at BLI, said: "Advanced document security solutions that enable secure printing have generally been out of reach for small businesses due to their cost and complexity.
"Not so with Canon uniFLOW Serverless Secure Print. It offers an affordable, easy-to-deploy solution that puts secure print features within reach of all Canon customers.”
Recently, Canon showcased a range of its digital imaging, printer ink products and solutions at the International Society for Technology in Education.
The company displayed its SELPHY CP800 and PIXMA iP4820 photo printers, its LV-8320 multimedia projector range and its imageFORMULA scanner devices to demonstrate how the technology can help empower students in the classroom and assist with the administrative needs in school offices.
