New Canon PIXMA PRO-1 Ink Printer Perfect For Photographers
Printer ink firm Canon has released a new device for its flagship PIXMA Pro series.
The Canon PIXMA PRO-1, which is the world's first A3 printer to feature 12 separate inks, is now available to consumers in the UK.
Furthermore, the product features an EOS-inspired design and is ideal for professional and amateur photographers.
The new machine also includes an Optimum Image Generating system that analyses pictures and precisely calculates the volume of ink droplets required for individual prints.
Meanwhile, Canon launched its new uniFLOW version 5.1 printer ink system designed to support document production from smartphone and tablet machines.
The company claims that the programme can make it easier for staff in companies to print and scan onto Canon's multifunction printers.
Nikki Paine, uniFLOW marketing manager at Canon, said: "Recent research found that over half of workers using smartphones can't print from their device, but want to.
"With uniFLOW v5.1, organisations can offer their staff flexible ways of working, including mobile printing."
