Canon ImageClass 4770n An Excellent Fit For Small Offices
The Canon imageClass 4770n printer can serve effectively as a shared multi-function printer in a micro or small office.
This the verdict from PCMag writer David Stone, who believes that the machine offers fast prints and faxes to and from PCs, while its standalone copier and fax capabilities are also efficient.
However, Mr Stone conceded that the system does not have a duplexer as an option, which could be a drawback for many businesses, while output quality also falls below the machine's impressive speed.
"As a relatively heavy-duty personal MFP or a light- to moderate-duty shared printer in a small office, the Canon imageClass 4770n can be an excellent fit," he explained.
Although the imageClass 4770n has come in for praise for its quick printing pace, the company's Pixma MG220 has received a less-favourable review from Computer Shopper, which described it as slow.
William Harrel from the website noted that the hardware brings high costs per page and has a wasteful ink cartridges system.
