Canon Collects BenchmarkPortal Certification

Ink company Canon has collected Benchmark Portal's Centre of Excellence certification for the fourth year in succession.

The ink firm's systems and technical support division was praised by the company for the excellent services provided by its call centre, which gives out advice relating to a number of products, including the imagePROGRAF and imageCLASS lines.

The award comes after Canon unveiled its new mobile printing app, which allows customers to print documents directly from their iPhone and iPad.
It is compatible with selected imageCLASS desktop laser and multifunction printers, along with other machines.

James Sharp, senior vice president and general manager of Systems and Technical Support, Business Imaging Solutions Group, Canon USA, said: "Earning this award for the fourth straight year validates our commitment to matching Canon's innovative products and services with a high level of technical support which our customers deserve."

Mr Sharp added that he was especially proud of the company's team members, who work hard to build stronger relationships with consumers.
