Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4595DNF Is Cheap Option For Workgroups
Epson's WorkForce Pro WP-4595DNF model has been praised for its affordable price.
A review by PCPro writer Dave Mitchell noted that the system running costs are much lower than laser alternatives, but admitted that its print speeds are only adequate for offices that occasionally require colour.
Mr Mitchell commended the hardware's cloud features, explaining: "The printer's scan, copy and fax functions are simple to use from the front panel. With Epson software tools loaded on a Windows 7 client, we also found these functions could be easily accessed over the network from our desktop."
He added that the printer can scan to email, though it does not have the capability to send content directly to a mail server.
Another printer that has been put under scrutiny is the HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Colour MFP M575d system, which has been reviewed by PCMag.com.
Tony Hoffman from the website stated that the hardware is very fast, but claimed that the quality of photo and text is below-average.
