Epson WorkForce WF 2540 Picks Up 4 Star Rating
The Epson Workforce WF-2540 has been awarded four stars from a CNET.com reviewer, who has spoken fondly of its standalone copying and scanning functionalities.
Justin Yu from the website praised the machine's cloud printing suite for its remote printing capability, but raised questions over the long-term durability of the scanner.
"Cloud access, Wi-Fi connectivity, and an external USB port in addition to the company's mobile printing app make the Epson WorkForce WF-2540 a good fit for smaller work-groups and start-ups with moderate printing needs," Mr Yu explained.
Epson's Stylus Office BX635FWD system recently came in for praise from Computer Active writer Simon Handby, who described it as an impressively competent machine.
Mr Handby added that its integrated fax modem and ADF scanner are among its other perks.
The system picked up top marks in all four of its speed tests, with 12.72 pages being produced per minute, while its black text was also commended for its "crispiness".
