Printer And Ink Producer HP Named Innovator Of The Year

Hewlett Packard (HP), the printer and ink producer, has been named Innovator of the Year by Xplor International.

The company received the award for its HP Exstream Interactive Document Technology that allows businesses to value their communications quickly and efficiently.

Once consumers have completed a self-assessment questionnaire regarding their business workloads the new service provides people with metrics and ways they can improve their business efficiency.

Scott Draeger, manager of Exstream Product Strategy in the Imaging and Printing Group at HP, said: "Our goal is to offer our customers innovative answers to complex questions, simplifying customer communications and providing business tools that drive growth.”

Recently, HP launched its new range of inkjet printers, designed for the office and mobile workers, which it claims will provide high-quality service to customers.

Furthermore, it noted that as more people will be working on the go its Officejet Pro 8000 range will increase efficiency and reduce energy consumption in their products.
