Pick A Tablet To Meet Your Printing Needs
Tablet devices are growing in popularity and will soon overtake sales of personal computers, according to reports.
As users want to replace their main computer, it is important to invest in a device which meets all of the consumer's needs, including printing.
One of the best tablets for printing from is the iPad, which makes use of Apple's AirPrint wireless technology.
This software is supported by most new printers, according to PC Advisor, and negates the need for a USB connection.
Only certain applications can be printed from, including Photos, iWork and Safari.
PC Advisor also noted that Google's Cloud Print service is a useful tool for tablet users, particularly those who are using Android-based systems.
This means that instead of sending data from a tablet to a printer, the information will be wired to Google's server first where it is then sent to the copier.
With the popularity of the cloud growing, wireless printing is becoming more and more popular, particularly among tablet and mobile phones users who need access to hard copies of documents on the run.
