Kodak Printer Gives Users Cheaper Ink Benefits
Cheap ink is believed to be one of the main attractions of a new Kodak printer aimed at small to medium-sized businesses.
Writing for Pocket-lint, Chris Brennan remarks that by using the Kodak ESP Office 6150 all-in-one printer, individuals could save approximately £50 each year in comparison with similar ink jet printers from other manufacturers.
The printer utilises an all-in-one ink tank system with one for black and one for colour, while having many other benefits for businesses.
In terms of speed, the ESP 6150 is described by Mr Brennan as being "quite nippy", with a page of draft text being printed in nine seconds.
Meanwhile, settings can be managed by a 2.4-inch LCD screen, the main paper tray is able to hold 200 sheets and there is a fax built in with a ten number speed dial.
The reviewer concluded that the balance and detail of images was good, the build quality is decent and the black and yellow colour scheme is "inoffensive".
Earlier this year Kodak launched three new ink cartridge models - the 10B, 10C and 10XL - aimed at providing users with better value for money.
