Individuals happy to do the bulk of their printing in draft mode may witness good results with the Kodak ESP Office 6150, it has been suggested.

Sarah Meyer has written for Printer Comparison that users can expect 15 pages to be printed each minute in the draft mode setting, which is an improvement on many of the devices in its class.

Furthermore, the quality of the ink on these pages is said to be good, with the lighter text more than suitable for everyday printing.

Meanwhile, the coloured ink provides a crisper copy than many of its rivals on the market and closer to those seen in real life.

In terms of how long the ink cartridges last, Ms Meyer's test noted that 278 pages were printed before the black ink ran out, while at the same time the coloured ink was slightly less than half full.

Kodak recently announced that its ESP 7250 model, which is compatible with the iPhone and iPod Touch, is now available to be purchased in the UK.
