Kodak Launches Its Latest Professional Printer Ink System
Kodak has announced the launch of its latest software solution that is a database-driven, digital-imaging production system that provides labs with input, optimization, and output operations and workflows.
The company noted the Professional Digital Print Production Software Version 14, which still uses the DP2 system, will significantly help firms create innovative designs and pictures.
According to Kodak, its new device will speed up workflow times and improve image quality for many businesses.
Christopher Van Zandt, vice president and general manager in paper and output systems at Kodak, said: "Each year, we work with our customers, as well as analyse industry trends, to incorporate key enhancements into DP2 that allow professional labs to concentrate on their core business, while increasing their level of service and overall offerings."
Recently, Kodak customers won awards at the In-Print 2011 competition for the quality of their documents produced on the firm's printer ink devices.
In this year's event, 12 gold medals were awarded to Kodak consumers, which was more than any other brand in the tournament.
