Konica Minolta has signed an agreement to purchase Charterhouse PM, which boasts a turnover of £98 million.

The deal hopes to boost the company's existing range of "beyond printing" services by introducing print management to its current selection of products.

Ken Osuga, president of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe, believes that the investment will help to extend the variety of outsourced marketing management capabilities that can be offered to clients.

Charterhouse PM was ranked 38 in the Sunday Times 2012 International Track 200.

"Charterhouse has an impressive track record in this area, working with many of the world's biggest brands. We look forward to supporting the leadership team as they pursue global growth," he continued.

Recently, Konica Minolta was named as a leader in Gartner's 2012 Magic Quadrant for MFPs (multi-function printers).

The accreditation is a guide for mid-sized and large organisations throughout the world and assess technology providers that specialise in printing products and services.
