Kyocera Introduces ECOSYS Printers
Printer company Kyocera has announced that its ECOSYS printers reduce power consumption by 30 per cent.
The FS-4300DN, FS-4200DN, FS-4100DN, FS-2100DN and FS-2100D models boast a notably low Typical Electricity Consumption, while also offering one of the lowest costs per page in their class.
Each mono has long life components as standard and host a printer drum which lasts for up to 500,000 prints.
The announcement of these devices follows the news that Kyocera developed the world's fastest 300dpi (dots per inch) inkjet printhead.
The technology allows simultaneous two-colour printing and offers the world's fastest speed of 152m per minute.
Rachel Dean, product manager of Kyocera Document Solutions UK, said: "These new printers are faster, more energy efficient and feature advanced technology. Our range of robust printers offer amazing TCO and are suitable for every workgroup requirement."
Ms Dean also noted that the printers will only require one servicing during their life.
