Lexmark Launches Refreshed Channel Portal to UK Resellers

Lexmark has launched an improved version of its Channel Value Program (CVP) for UK partners and dealers. The refreshed version creates a two-tier programme for partners and a web portal for dealers.

CVP will incentivise sales by offering a progression-based programme. Dependent on sales activity, partners are accorded one of two levels of partnership: Premium or Expert. Premium Partners will get support from Lexmark's telesales team, have access to loyalty rewards, benefit from exclusive promotions and be eligible for the Special Bid Program.

Expert Partners will have the highest level of interaction. Along with access to all the Premium benefits, they will have account managers, a bonus plan, access to Lexmark's Solution Centre, and the chance to become certified Lexmark partners.

Dealers can register on the PartnerNet portal, which will give them access to product and promotions information and ability to print off marketing resources, like images, product descriptions and logos. "We launched the CVP in 2008 and have seen partners progress rapidly, gaining extra value-add in the reward schemes we have traditionally offered," said Steve Purdy, country general manager at Lexmark UK. 

This month, Lexmark also announced it will merge its two printing divisions, to create Imaging Solutions and Services.
