The Apple iPad launched in the United States less than one week ago, but this isn’t stopping Apple from updating their software of their hugely successful tablet. Apple is expected to announce direct printing from the iPad at today’s iPhone conference. This software update will enable iPad owners to send documents directly to printers using the tablets built in Wi-Fi – avoiding the hassle of connecting to a PC or laptop first. Some of the printers primed for compatibility with the iPad are the Canon Pixma IP5200R, Brother MFC-640CW, Canon Pixma MP800R, HP Officejet Pro K550DTWN, and the HP Photosmart 3310.By Mic Wright
