Oki Announces Indonesia And Germany Offices
Toner company Oki has announced new offices in Indonesia and Germany, which aim to bolster its presence in the countries.
The ink cartridges manufacturer is aiming to deploy its business activities across the globe, with the two offices hoping to strengthen its marketing activities in its info-telecom and components businesses.
Shinya Takahashi from the company said: "Oki, moving forward, will seek both to expand its market share of leading products like printers and ATMs and to develop new markets for various other product lines."
Mr Takahashi added that its new products will include mechatronics systems, including cash handling equipment, sensor devices and disaster prevention radio tools.
Oki currently has printer operations in 120 countries, with 36 of these having sales offices.
The business is also set to appear at this year's International Society for Technology in Education tradeshow, where it will demonstrate how schools can improve their printing efficiencies and introduce colour ink.
