Canon Selphy CP780 Highlighted For Wireless Applications

A new printer has been launched that may interest ink cartridge shoppers on the move.

The Digital News Room website reviewed the latest entry into Canon's Selphy range this week and concluded the portable unit delivers much faster results than some of its predecessors.

According to the piece, the manufacturer has created another compact photo printing solution in the Selphy CP780 that makes a number of improvements on the CP760 which came before it.

In addition to being quicker in delivering the printer ink to the page, the article highlights the easy-to-use interface, large buttons and range of colours - pink, blue, silver and white - as well as its connectivity and wireless features.

"The Selphy CP780 incorporates three memory card slots. These allow direct, computer-free printing from a wide variety of popular memory cards," it explains.

"With an optional Bluetooth adaptor, prints can be made from mobile phones and other wireless devices."

Other facilities include a range enhancement options such as auto image and red-eye correction.
