Ricoh Unveils New TotalFlow Technology
Ricoh has announced its new TotalFlow 2.0 technology, which addresses the speed, accuracy and productivity challenges of print service providers across the globe.
The system aims to address the needs of small and medium-sized print service providers within commercial and in-plant settings that need to move quickly through their expanding schedules of complex print jobs.
Tim Vellek, vice president of the production printing business group at Ricoh Americas Corporation, said: “As a services company, we're committed to helping our customers work as productively as possible with our production printers.
“That's why we're giving our small and medium-sized business customers software with powerful capabilities that are still proportional to the work they do every day.”
He noted that customers have often been forced to over-invest in capabilities they will never use, which is why TotalFlow could be the right solution to help them meet their business objectives.
