Xerox Partners With PrintWeek India On New Publication

Xerox is partnering with PrintWeek India to release the third edition of The 1000 publication, which lists the top 1000 print companies.

The 182-page collector's item will be sent out to an exclusive database of buyers of printing services, brand managers and key clients, with Suresh Ramakrishnan, publisher at Haymarket Media, claiming that the signs are positive for the ink industry in 2013.

"At PrintWeek India, we strive to make The 1000 as comprehensive as possible. The 1000 firms that are included in The 1000 have to adhere to the 5P test: printability, profitability, performance, progressiveness and popularity," the representative explained.

The 1000 promotes the fact that the "best of the best" is being put together, the spokesperson added.

This news comes after the University of Nottingham agreed a new deal with Xerox, which will see the university save 25 per cent on its annual printing costs.
