The Xerox WorkCentre 3325 has been praised by PC Advisor for its top-of the-range features.

The machine combines print, copy, scan, fax and email modes, meaning that customers have a lot of functions to benefit from.

Martyn Clayden from the website explained: "Print quality for text is universally clean and solid but as soon as you move to copies, graphics darken considerably and there's some evidence of banding. Scans, by contrast, are marginally paler and softer than the originals."

Mr Clayden added that ink costs are 1.94p per page, while there is also 2GB of on-board storage, which is useful for storing emails and faxes.

Last month, Xerox confirmed that its quarterly earnings were slightly above expectations.

Reuters reported the chief executive Ursula Burns as saying that 2012 was a "year of alignment", adding that it is now going through a "seismic shift".
