1.Order number or the full billing address that you gave us at the time of ordering.

2.Your full printer model (ie Epson SX435).

3.Description of the items received (numbers from the top of the label, (i.e. PG-540XL, T0711, etc.) or reference number from the box if it is concerning toner cartridges (Q2612A, TN325BK, etc.).

4.Quantity and colours of cartridges received.

5.Clear description of the problem including all actions already taken and exact messages from your printer.

6.If you have a mixture of original and compatible cartridges installed in your machine.
