Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Is Included Within All Displayed Pricing (2 to 3 working days)

Our standardised Royal Mail delivery costs £2.85 on all orders whatever the size, but is already included within the displayed price. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class post which usually takes 2 to 3 days for delivery after dispatch. 

We wish to be very open about the use of the term "Free Delivery". This simply means no delivery fee is added at our checkout and the prices you see are what you pay as you add products to the basket. Our pdf invoice emailed to you automatically itemises product cost, postage and VAT as per the latest legislation.

Occasionally, there are delays within the postal system. Although delays are rare, if your package has not arrived within the allotted time period, please allow 10 days for your order to arrive before contacting us, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot take up an issue with Royal Mail until 10 working days have elapsed . We have little control over your order once it leaves our warehouse. After the 10 days have elapsed please contact us within 30 days of your order date to allow us to reprocess and investigate your order. Orders that are outside of the 30 day period cannot be claimed.

If you have filed a claim for lost in post and order not received we may ask you to fill in a "confirmation of non receipt of goods form". This will help us investigate further for your parcel and deal with the authorities in helping to locate your parcel with the posting authorities, security or police.


Channel Islands Deliveries

We are able to refund VAT on deliveries to the Channel Island but only if we are contacted before dispatching the order as we now have to attach a CN22 to the exterior of the package. The order must also be sent by a signed for service costing £4.99 which must be paid prior to the order via this link.

We can not refund VAT if this CN22 application has not been made prior to dispatch. More details of the CN22 here.

Stock Levels

In the unlikely event of us not having your order in stock, we will contact you during office hours to inform you of the approximate delivery date, or allow you to cancel the order. We hold 99.9% of items in stock.


Packaging Information

To reduce our postage costs, and enable us to keep providing a quality service, all ink cartridges we sell are sent without their external cardboard packaging. All of the waste card packaging is recycled by us, meaning you don't have to. If you wish to be sent your product with external card packaging, please email us a request before ordering.
