We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. 

  • Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed.
  • We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or with your delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Our 14 Day Money Back Pledge:

Simply, if the item you received was not what you expected from our websites description, you can return it for a full refund - Please read full details below: 

  • Most things we sell are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. Just return them, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with the receipt* and we'll give you a refund.
  • If you don't have a receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase* we'll exchange the item or give you a refund.
  • If you'd like to return something we've delivered, just email us using our online contact form and we'll give you your return details.
  • We're sorry but if you have opened the product, it cannot be returned under this scheme.
  • If a product is excluded from our 14-day money-back guarantee, it is clearly marked by a † next to the product name on this website.
  • Our 14-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
  • If you no longer want an unopened/unused product (within 14 days of receipt). We will refund the value of the returned product minus a 20% restocking fee as long as it is in a resalable condition to your original method of payment ( returns postage to be paid by the customer ).
  • Customers will be advised of restocking fees before returns are accepted.

1 Year Guarantee on All Products:

Sometimes our products can be damaged in transit, or a faulty cartridge could have slipped through our strict quality checks, in either case you may return the item as long as long as you follow these guidelines:  

  • Please contact our customer support team before returning your product as they can help you with the majority of problems, and will talk you through our returns procedure if the product is faulty.
  • If you return it back to us within 1 year with your proof of purchase after testing to confirm the item is faulty a replacement will be dispatched. You are also entitled to request a refund instead of a replacement, which takes 14 days from receipt of the faulty cartridge due our testing procedures if we have not resolved the failure satisfactorily. 
  • All returned cartridges are tested and weighed as unfortunately there seems to be an increasing amount of fraud. Having used empty cartridges returned as faulty is not uncommon and will be reported.
  • We do not offer a pre-paid returns service, however postage costs by Royal Mail 2nd class will be refunded in addition to price paid if the item is found to be faulty.
  • If you return a product via different delivery service the extra cost will not be refunded.
  • If you have not kept the original postal packaging then it is your responsibility to ensure the items are safely packaged.
  • Items over 1 year will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Check your order on arrival as packing errors and damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.


To Return An Unwanted Product:

We will accept back un-opened items for up to 3 months from purchase invoice date.

We will need to obtain a returns number from our support team by filling in our online contact form. 

Items returned without this returns number may take up to 14 days to be processed, and must have proof of purchase enclosed. 

This returns number is valid for 14 days from issue. We do not issue refunds only credits to your Internet-ink account.

All unwanted items returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and a credit will be placed on your account.

 

Please note that refunds are only given if the items are returned unused within 14 days of receipt, or we have not been able to replace or repair a faulty item. Please ensure you include full details of the issue including your contact details and proof of purchase such as confirmation email, invoice or invoice number. Without proof of purchase we can not resolve your issue. Please do not return items in a "Recycling Envelope" because they will be RECYCLED!

Distance Selling Regulation & Consumer Contracts & Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulation and Consumer Contract Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund, if the item is unopened within 14 days of receipt. Any upgraded delivery costs will not be refunded.

To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven working days* of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. (For security and training purposes, telephone calls to and from Customer Service Centres may be recorded or monitored).

* All days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Proof of purchase usually is the invoice or order number.
