I have used your ink for a number of years and have not had any problems, apart from irritating messages from my Epson printer about incompatible cartridges, which I obviously ignore. Good value for money.

Ordering is easy and the ink is dispatched and delivered quickly. The ink works fine in my Epson printer and I've had no problems except the printer recognises the cartridges as third party but that doesn't affect using them, it's just an annoyance and down to Epson not the cartridges

Since buying my Epson XP-960 two years ago, apart from the setup inks supplied, I have used these compatible inks continuously. Quality of \"replacement\" inks excellent. I ordered the wrong inks but there was no problem. They were returned and the correct inks sent, the packages crossing in the post. Any 'phone enquiries have been dealt with at the time, by a real person, none of the usual computer controlled menu to struggle through. This company is an example that others in the industry would do well to follow. The staff are excellent.
