I have used Internet Ink cartridges for a number of years, they are excellent.
Had to replace my Epson Printer recently. I don't usually read the small print at the bottom of invoices but I did, it said "Please ensure Printer Firmware Updates are turned OFF" which I did.
Just replaced a cartridge all works perfectly
